Overview
This Reconnection, Stress Relief, and Mindfulness Retreat consists of a half-day and a full-day transformative experience, where you’ll learn to release tension, cultivate inner peace, and reconnect with your true self. Through guided meditation, mindful movement, and reflective practices, this retreat offers a serene space to recharge and restore balance. Perfect for anyone seeking to reduce stress, deepen self-awareness, and experience a profound sense of calm and connection.
Although we recommend attending both days for full effect, you may choose either day, if your schedule does not allow taking both.

- Mindfulness meditation in various postures
- Light mindful movement

- Mindful eating (We provide a light lunch, snacks, tea, and water. People often practice the heart of generosity by offering items to share with the retreat community)

Please note, that we have kept our prices the same for the past 17 years and we must adjust for inflation and rising costs. If you are unable to pay any of the pay levels, please contact us via email to make other arrangements. We thank you for your understanding and patronage.
