Vincent’s career is distinguished by a unique fusion of technology and social impact. As a Senior Engineer at VMware, he led groundbreaking initiatives in inclusive design and accessibility, transforming corporate practices to create more equitable environments. Vincent co-led VMware’s global, award-winning Pride Business Resource Group, impacting employees across 30+ countries and forging partnerships with over 150 ERGs at Fortune 500 companies. Under his leadership, VMware’s Pride BRG was named a finalist for the prestigious Out & Equal Workplace Excellence Award in 2023. The company also achieved five consecutive years of perfect scores on the HRC Corporate Equality Index, along with three consecutive gold rankings on both the Japan Pride Index and the India Workplace Equality Index.

Vincent’s contributions to sustainability extend to his role on the IEEE Planet Positive 2030 Global Methodologies Committee, where he advances sustainable technology practices aligned with global environmental goals. Additionally, as a contributor to MKAI (Morality and Knowledge in AI), he advocates for ethical, inclusive artificial intelligence that serves both people and the planet.
