Female Empowerment
All around the world, women are the cornerstone of building and maintaining positive, healthy, and happy cultures, traditions, and heritage. When well-trained, well-adjusted, and supported, they can create successful lives for themselves, their families, and their communities.
The Issue:
The issue is that most humans, including women, are underdeveloped in their internal qualities and skills, such as self-love, emotional regulation, attentiveness, self-awareness, communication, and advocating for oneself. Cultural and religious restrictions, dominance, and lack of opportunities disable women even more. This is true even in developed and wealthy countries. Plus, modern life has disconnected us from the laws of nature, from the planet, and created difficulties for the climate around the world. Many women are in charge of their households and suffer from the hardships they encounter when trying to feed their children, maintain a clean and orderly household, and keep their minds peaceful and happy. They need skills that can help them have emotional well-being and education to maintain good health.

How Can MLO Empower Women?
Our Female Empowerment Programs stem from the overarching Mindful Life Optimization (MLO) lessons and practices that aim to build fundamental essential inner qualities and skills for humans. These inner qualities and skills form an inner navigation system that:
- Helps prevent traumas that occur from one’s reactions to difficult feelings and emotions.
- Is resilience in the face of external difficulties and mitigate stress and anxiety
- Is free of shame, fear, and anxiety and knows self-love, self-compassion, self-esteem, and self-confidence and applications in daily life
- Thinks, chooses, and behaves wisely and compassionately towards oneself and becomes the strength of one’s communities
- Knows the importance of their place in the world, how to self-care, how to be accountable for themselves and to ask for help without hesitation
- Is highly functioning due to balance and harmony within – able to manage others well
- Is self-aware, body-aware, aware of one’s emotions, and biases, and communicates with confidence
- Is able to manage the inner obstacles (self-doubt, hate, clinging, restlessness, fogginess) that all humans encounter in one degree or another and return to feeling peaceful, content, and effectiveness.
How We Deliver MLO, Health Education, and Female Empowerment To Marginalized Populations
Scaling MLO to Reach One Billion Vision of Optimizing Life by 2042
One of our strategies to scale our programs and reach our vision of optimizing the lives of one billion people by 2042 is to create alliances with organizations who already work to improve areas of life in one or more of the Mindful Life Intelligence domains. See our MLO Theory.
These alliances include distinguished women in tech like Dr. Monika Manolova from Sofia University Bulgaria, Dr. Jorjoh Ndure-Tambedou in Gambia and Medical doctors, like Dr. Syiamak Saleh, a health advocate and provides health education to improve the lives and health of millions of women and other marginalized populations in Africa and globally.

Dr. Jorjoh Ndure-Tambedou is the CEO of InSiSt Global, and a woman’s health advocate.
With a PhD in Immunology and Biomedical Sciences, Dr. Ndure-Tambedou has led initiatives in Gambia and across Africa, addressing maternal health, mental wellness, and community-based care.
Her leadership extends beyond managing operations to strategically steering digital transformation initiatives. A proven track record in developing the first NAQAA-accredited curriculum for mobile app developers and formulating national strategies for TVET demonstrates her commitment to advancing education and technology in the Gambia.
